NEW CLASS: Stretch
This class is a must after all the other classes. We work on posture and training the body into the correct position. A time to stretch, strengthen and breathe in a nice environment with quiet relaxing music.
Circuit is one of the easiest classes to start with if you have not been to a class before. There is no set structure and you can work as hard as you want. We use machines, free weights and body weight. It is great for fitness and strength training.
This is a Kick Boxing class, fast pace and high energy. Can be dropped to a lower level if you are starting out. It is a great exercise session if you have had a bad day! Awesome for toning the midsection, shoulder and thighs.
We have gone back to the good old Aerobics moves in this class. One song Aerobics (cardio) and one song with the medicine ball (core work). Can be quite a high intensity class if you really push yourself - but at the same time you can keep it low cardio by just not jumping and it is still a good fat burning session.
ZUMBA Great fun to be had in this class! The music is motivating and the moves are fun! A brilliant way to move those extra kilos and fast! Again the technical side of it can be a working process but once you have mastered it, you will be enjoying yourself too much to realise you are exercising! DANCE has a few more technical moves in it but just as much fun and with great music!
Pump is a weight class and the best way to tone your body. The more muscle you have the faster your metabolism works and that is a reliable way to burn fat. Pump is a good class to mix with cardio classes and a good beginner class.
Spin class is one hour on the bike. A fantastic cardio workout where you can burn up to 800 calories an hour! Do not be scared it is easy to adjust the level and go at your own pace and still watching the calorie timer tick away!
